Shipping Policy

PolarFinds ships worldwide. We work directly with our suppliers' warehouses, so items ship from the location closest to you where possible. Please read the delivery times below before ordering — we'd rather you know exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Estimated delivery times

United States & Canada	7–15 business days
United Kingdom & European Union	7–18 business days
Iceland & Nordics	10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand	10–22 business days
Rest of world	12–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays can occur during holidays, sales periods and customs processing.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after shipping while the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders to the EU and UK are shipped with duties and VAT handled at checkout where applicable. For other countries, import fees may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it for the cost of postage.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days or the parcel hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, contact support@polarfinds.com and we'll reship or refund in full.
